There's a little green spot on my monitor today. It was red just yesterday.
Okay not yesterday but more like last week. If that particular pixel is in the process of dying then why did it change color from red to green? I doubt that the pixel is now moving away from me at a high rate of speed. Screenshots don't work because the problem is not with software but the hardware.
Lilah's not as spooked by me as she was last week. I'm surprised and pleased with the change. The other night Spot came to bed with me and Lilah jumped up and lay down between Spot and myself.
Jaybird ran his very first game. He had the atmosphere down pat but I felt unsure about certain parts which led to me making incorrect assumptions.
For example the police informant Hector kept appearing on the scene at various locations pertinent to the storyline. In-character I was like "There's something up" while out of character I was wondering if this was just a way of conveying "YOU HAVE TO LOOK OVER HERE HOW CAN YOU BE SO STUPID NOT TO SEE IT?!?!"
I was waiting to be jumped and nothing ever jumped out at us. Not that I was expecting combat or desiring combat but we were police. "If in the first act you have hung a pistol on the wall, then in the following one it should be fired". Also it was posted that this would be two sessions and when Jaybird called it a night I figured he had something lined up for the next session.
The bomb dropped, "I don't know! I got the bug out of my system! Only one night!"
With minimal cajoling I believe that he was coer^H^H^H^H guided into at least wrapping everything up the next session. Reckon in two weeks we'll find out what lay in store for our door-character cops.
I do have to say now I'm curious about running a nWoD scenario and see how that comes out. Something with a bit more substance than the fun little superhero world I created for our Supercrew games.
