The officer received his disclosures but he kept sending in the one set up for a week ahead in the future rather than the one sent to him earlier. What added to the confusion was the fact that the previous refinance was done when he sent in a refinance form instead of calling to speak with a live representative. I explained that he should send in the disclosures dated for the ninth and then fax in the ones for the twenty third. The fucker just wasn't understanding despite the fact that I was explaining it to him and laid it out pretty easily with "Okay dipshit. Just do what I say and send in the disclosure dated for the ninth and be done with it". He wasn't listening or caring to understand despite the fact that I held his hand through this complicated process at least twice. I checked the date that he first applied, 2000, and checked his history. This customer wasn't one of the folks who are smart and don't refinance their loans but just keeps refinancing until they're paid off. The call was passed to a manager who is far more patient than I am and she reiterated everything I said, explained things in a managerial way that I can not explain without losing my job but the guy started getting angry, used a sarcastic tone and ended the call saying he's coming over there to bust some heads. A member of Atlanta Georgia's police department acting in such a fashion. My only reaction, which I kept inside, was "We have your social security number. Your bank information. Lots of personal information and the names of your relatives. Do not fuck with us."
