It's been snowing but no real appreciable accumulation to appreciate by someone who prefers winter weather.
I've started installing FreeBSD on my laptop. Being lazy I'm not going to futz around with drive partitions and I'm just swapping out my old 6 gigabyte hard drive and installing it on that device. Fuck this is a bear because it keeps telling me "Package A is on Disk 2" then two seconds later it says "Package 1 is on Disk 3" and even when I don't have to swap anything out it's loading a metric ton of shit taking forever.
Now if I'm able to get the whole winmodem thing working then I'm golden. A computer without internet connectivity is no better than a brick.
In bettween I've been playing Destroy All Humans, I played Blokus with raddidge before she went home to beat the blizzard bearing down upon the homestead and being annoyed by Spot. I love her tho.
