clouds
Wednesday morning had clouds along the eastern and southern horizons. Overhead nothing but clear skies. Sunlight was brightening the sky over the eastern clouds which were blocking my view of the ever-elusive Mercury. The effect made me want to go home and stay inside all day. I was left with a feeling that I wanted to pull those clouds around me and never see the light of day again because it made me feel safe.

Most of the dream is remembered as spending time in a darkened living room with a sunken floor. The only light came from the patio doors.
A bit more detailed than that is my encounter with a unicorn. I was standing before a clutch of coniferous trees. The ground was dry and the grass was relatively tall. A unicorn leapt from the woods and splashed into an unseen pool of murky water. As the unicorn struggled out I saw she was splattered with deep purple mud. Only her neck and a small part of her hindquarters escaped the mess while the rest of her resembled a Jackson Pollock painting.
