oh yeah i thought of something
I reckon that I'm going to use my holiday book money to purchase The Joy of Cooking and the Absolute Beginners Guide to C. I need to cook more so I actually see options and stuff at the supermarket rather than doing the same thing day in and day out and I figure a cookbook will help my situation. Nextly I want to write my own god damned patches and contribute them to NetHack. Using other people's patches isn't enough and I'd like to see myself listed as a contributor to NetHack.
Also I'm thinking about getting Gödel, Escher and Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid but I figure I'll end up reading the first quarter of the book and putting it down like my copy of The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire.

I was part of a small herd of moose who were breaking through the aspens onto an open plain before tall mountains. Snow had fallen during the night and the mountains were entirely covered. Far ahead I could see mirages like in a desert where wildebeest were running along the horizon line against the mountains and prairie.
Night fell and I was alone in the woods. There was an abandoned house up ahead and I recognized it from my youth but not in waking life. There was a familiarity about the place. Going upstairs I found myself walking into a bar. raddidge was knocking back glasses of Scotch and telling me too buy her some more.
