During the last hour of work on Friday one of the girls was tapped to clean the break room. She splashed copious amounts of bleach on the countertops, tabletops and on the floor. My throat started burning, other people got red eyes and were tearing up but the girl was completely oblivious to this.

Use some water, a sponge and some elbow grease. I harbor a strong disdain towards this individual at the moment.

Turns out that I completely missed the entrance to the Gnomish Mines on dungeon level two. As you can plainly see there's only one stairway to the next level. So I decided to go back upstairs and get ready to descend into the Gnomish Mines tomorrow.

That's when Spivak ran into a werejackal in a corridor.

The werejackal had a wand of digging and decided to zap the ground to escape Spivak's corroded +1 mace. Now Spivak had the choice of waiting to enter the Gnomish Mines or to attempt level 5 and finish off that persnickety werejackal. The werejackal seemed like a good idea so she jumped in the hole after him.

He had a wand of magic missile and then zapped another hole in another room to escape to dungeon level four. Upon ascending back to dungeon level two Spivak realized she has no way, short of digging or teleporting, to the stairway leading into the Gnomish Mines.

So get ready for dungeon level five.
