maribou chimes in:

1)        you're not breaking the law; the booksellers might be but probably not (unless they are actually first-sale sellers and not resellers) - it has to do with which publisher has rights to publish in which territories is all
2)        the copy for sale is probably an advance reading copy and that person probably is breaking amazon's guidelines, but amazon doesn't care as much as they claim to care.

heptapod.org has never been about being perfectly reasonable. It was more fun thinking I had received questionably illicit goods.

179 and counting
It's all downhill from here. Just need to see what I want to do with school, what I would like to have as a major and finally going about getting it done.

Reading books is still outlawed at work so I've taken to doodling on applications.

I'm quite proud of this doodle.

in yer dreams
Do not despair, I have been dreaming but none of them are surviving the rigors of waking up in the morning. I believe that I may be sleeping very lightly at night. Also Olympics Guy is a noisy person making halwk-phloo noises really godawful early in the morning and let us not mention him stomping around and turning on the damned television at full blast then suddenly realizing it might be too loud and lowering it by increments until it's at the periphery of my wakefulness.

Of course this unread feature is about dreams, not my personal life. My personal life is relegated to the green text that nobody reads.

To be brief, my dreams have been feeling like another life. I've had a feeling that I've been welcomed back after a long journey and my company was missed by my oneiric neighbors. Now I don't believe that I am in Rainy Mountain at all. If I am then I'm not remembering anything about my dreams. As for the activity, it's somewhat social but it has that feeling of hecticness I ascribe to games like Harvest Moon where you do the same shit every day to make money and progress in the game. It's more fun yet more wearying than real life and real life has real money.
