Honestly I'm trying to engage everyone but I can't stop berating myself and worrying over where I'm failing as a game master in presenting my tale. Goodness I want everyone to have fun and to participate as much as possible and I can only presume the failure lay with myself.

My physical went well on Friday. First and foremost my blood pressure is 128 over 85. The doctor gave the green light for my strength training program and set me up for blood tests. Once I leave my sample at the clinic I'll be goiong to King's Chef for brunch.
Man I'm tired and wish I had more time.
