Asbury Park by Night is a living thing. A few days ago I thought I had hammered out the general plotline of the upcoming epic on Saturday night. A single discovery on Tuesday night followed by lunch on Thursday completely changed the game.
For example the party was to meet up with someone. They'll still meet with that individual but in a different place. Instead a familiar face will make an appearance and it will make sense! Plus another character's background has been rewritten three times. Three times! I blame that post on /tg/ over at 4chan for giving me the idea.
Finally I've discovered the skeleton of the game. Everything will go from Point A to Point B to Point C in addition to dovetailing with another plot point which will become evident in one or two more sessions.
It would be incorrect to say that I've just rearranged the deck chairs on the Titanic or adjusted the window dressing. I've gone ahead and given my beast two hearts, one lung and three spleens when it originally had two lungs, one heart and one spleen.
Remind me and I'll be less vague and more in-depth once everyone has written a rundown and I mean everyone. If only Jaybird, maribou and elmgrows write a rundown but Cassius doesn't then LOL SRY.
