I really need to lose weight and reduce the sodium in my food. Plus exercise is necessary. Twenty minutes three or five times a week can't be a lot. Right now I'm trying to wrap my head around the necessities and how to implement them in my life. Exercise is easy, just bike more once I get the new fork for my bike.
There was some chest pain which sent me down to Safeway to pick up some food and to use their free blood pressure machine. 152 over ninety something and I'm sorry I can't remember it. Supposedly this is stage one hypertension.
The chest pain had me cursing death saying "fucking come for me already, stop dicking around".
