annoyed
Since Monday ended up being slow, I ruminated over the idea of owning property and a home. One of the most infuriating things is the fact that living in my hometown is completely beyond my means. Shit, if I had won Powerball or some other form of the idiot tax I'd still think twice about moving there or to a nearby town.
Reckon that moving out here was for the best even if it meant I can never go back.
In Yer Dreams
The only thing I remember from my dream was a new game system.
Everyone in the game has a base difficulty which is determined by rolling 1d20. The difficulty is then modified by the circumstances regarding the situation by multiplying the number by 2,3,4 or 5. The opponent needs to roll 2d10 and get higher than the target number to win.
People were walking around wearing white sweatpants and sweatshirts. The base difficulty rating was on the stomach of their shirts. Most of them were seventeens.
When it came down to combat and opposing rolls, everyone ended up arguing with each other rather than breaking down into fisticuffs.
