On Saturday night Jaybird informed me that the little house next door to his house is for sale. I know that this place has been recently remodelled and I reckon that it's sound. Two of my fears are the fact that it might have the same plumbing issues that haunt the Birdhouse. More importantly, I fear the price would be exorbitant.

Two of my fears are the fact that it might have the same plumbing issues that haunt the Birdhouse. More importantly, I fear the price would be exorbitant.
For a couple years since my arrival, there was a tiny house on Wasatch where an old hippy lady lived with her cats. It was remodelled and eventually sold for $200k. Okay the offered price was $200k and I know that in most real estate situations people don't buy houses for the list price.
As of this time, Jaybird nor maribou nor I know the listed price.

There's a website for the realtor but the price isn't readily given at the site. You gotta sign up for some email newsletter. Plus I know nothing about buying a house. Understand that I don't know who to ask about doing this and the people I would ask aren't people I would like to go to in the first place.
Maybe I'll pester Jaybird and maribou on Thursday since there aren't any episodes of the Sopranos to watch and there isn't any wrestling on Thursday night.
