I was standing in the back of my father's business at night. Dawn was about to break and I had to leave before the start of a day's business. Outside in the parking lot there was a tremendous flash which turned the world into summer for a brief and unforgettable moment. The sky was lit brighter than noon and for a moment there were two suns in the sky. Where the gibbous waning moon once travelled was a glowing cloud of debris. I sat on the curb and stared heavenward until the sky started to return to normal. The remains of the moon still glowed as brightly as a full moon. Kinda reminded me of one of those deep sky dust clouds and nova remnants. Now it was time to go home.

The world had changed. Since I was in New Jersey the most noticeable difference was all the elbow room. A human being could breathe and live in comfort with one's fellow human. Open grasslands stretched to the horizon which was fenced in by forests. I could breathe easy and the air was clean and fresh without the taint of civilization.

My home was a small, white adobe, single floor building shaded by some trees. Next door was Jaybird and maribou's house. Their place was exactly like mine but as a sign of friendship rather than being a victim of tract housing. I knew deep down that I really shouldn't bother them so I went into my house.

raddidge was standing at the sink but unlike the raddidge I know and love. First and foremost her hair was red. Not anime, corvette red but coppery red. She was wearing a blue tank top and her black bra was showing and since the shirt was a bit short I could see a black g-string riding high above the waist of her shorts.

I stopped short at the dissonance and wondered what raddidge was up to. When she turned around to greet me there was something different about her face yet she was still raddidge. As best as I can say, she was the mirror-mirror raddidge. Instead of her modest clothes that have to be shed to celebrate her sexuality, her mirror-mirror clone exuded the skanky sensuality of a trailer park whore. Well egdiddar lifted her shirt and waggled her big boobs at me. It looked like she had rubbed the bottoms with soot.

Meh, why not? It's not really cheating since it's raddidge just a different version of raddidge. Before I could bring myself to do anything guilt had my throat in a death grip which kept me at bay. That's when the real raddidge came home. She was non-plussed and they just went about their business as if this was normal.

As the dream drew to a close, I was laying back against the real raddidge while egdiddar was laying on her stomach using my belly as a pillow.
