If there are to be no images of Mohammed (PBUH), how will Muslims know that it's an image of Mohammed (PBUH)?

Is it enough that some artist or photoshopper puts "LOL ITS TEH MOHAMED (PBH)" on it?

I could sketch my father wearing a turban and say "It's Mohammed (PBUH)!" Will that make me a target of terror?

Just think of "To Tell the Truth" with three bearded Arab men. When it's finally time for the real Mohammed (PBUH) to reveal his identity, would the screen go black leaving the home audience wondering about the outcome? What if Mohammed (PBUH) makes an appearance wearing Groucho glasses. It's not really showing Mohammed (PBUH) but Mohammed (PBUH) wearing Groucho glasses.
