So I came home and fired up NetHack. This is my millionth attempt at ascending a dwarven, male, chaotic valkyrie. Valkyries in NetHack are always female. An amulet of change made Ilsa feel very masculine. Sadly she had to wish for that particularl amulet. Next Ilsa reverse genocided white unicorns in a temple to Loki. Loki is the god of chaotic valkyries. Sacrificing a white, lawful unicorn to Loki irrevocably changes her alignment to chaotic. If any of you attempt this, do it after finishing the quest. Using a helm of opposite alignment is just cheap, a cosmetic alteration to alignment rather than choosing a new direction.

Now that all of L, R, mind flayers and master mind flayers have been genocided from the game it should be a simple matter to ascend this abomination of a valkyrie.

What would be really keen is if Loki crowns her as the Glory of Arioch.
