As it stands, I'm very tired right now. After a long day at work combined with four and a half hours of gaming has left me feeling beat, ready to fall asleep in the presence of Spottles.
One of the things I learned on Friday night was a piece of Colorado Springs folklore. Maybe it's Manitou Springs folklore or perhaps this covers the entire front range. A figure known as the Dark Man who lives out by some old abandoned mines past Manitou Springs. I'd like to know more about this figure. After all this time, I figured things were pretty boring in Colorado folklore-wise but reckon after a couple of years one begins to scratch the surface and unearth other tall tales and legends. The Colorado legend books I have are pretty straightforward to the point of being uninteresting but it's a start. Just I prefer to hear the stories firsthand. Plus our group might make the trip out to the Dark Man's stomping grounds.
The fourth player in our game couldn't make it. The Birds are adamant about avoiding strangers in their home, how they'd wish if there's going to be a different fourth player that person coomes from one of our social circles. Once there are four people, the game would become truly perfect.
So I'm tired and it's hard to type but I'm not drunk which is a Good Thing (tm).
Good night.
