For an atheist / nontheist / agnostic I sure as hell see many portents and signs throughout the day. Dreams play a significant role in my life which is why I insist on boring the rest of you with purple text. A few years ago I told someone about my theory of radio being a modern oracle, music being played to set the tone for the future or to give hints. Purely reductive reasoning.
At my shitty day job, I've taken to typos as being important. Most times I'll do a typo that'll have me entering a date sometime in the future. Whether it's a few days ahead or a few weeks ahead and sometimes 2005 will become 2008 since my fingers are too fat and the 5 and 8 are near each other. I tell myself, "I'm assured of money until that date".

Wednesday night was spent working on my computer, re-installing various programs and configuring Windows to prevent any future unpleasantness. I attempted to download Service Pack 4 with no success. When I go to visit the Birds to watch The Sopranos I'll leave the computer on to attempt the download one more time.
I am feeling better than I was on Tuesday evening.
