Saturday was a lovely day. I jerked around playing Nethack until a bit after one. raddidge came over while I was laying out on the patio reading a book.
On Saturday night we went into town, showed her Uncle Wilber's fountain and had Indian for dinner. Afterwards we got ice cream and then played in the fountain. Our evening was rounded out with playing head-to-head Katamari Damacy.

Speaking of Katamari Damacy, I got precisely ten meters on the north star board and completed the moon by rolling up 770 meters of crap onto the katamari. If only I had collected thirty more meters I could've gotten the unlimited version of the moon stage!
Now it's bedtime.
In Yer Dreams
Vacation had me staying in New Jersey. Home looked and felt a whole lot like Jaybird and maribou's kitchen. My employer allowed me a single week but my parents wanted to me to stay longer at their place. The flight back to Colorado was on Sunday and there were two days for me to figure out if I wanted to follow through on this plan. Completely throw away the tiny life I started in Colorado or stay in New Jersey or remain in New Jersey reliving the stress and the laziness in addition to being indentured to my father.
Dad's argument was persuasive and clever, I figure I could stay another week and return to Colorado with this excuse and avoid being fired. Saturday in the dream was spent walking around in my underwear, nobody was home, and watching TV. Eventually living like a bum caught up with me and I realized it was too late to return to Colorado Springs on time.
I forced myself awake to reaffirm that I was nowhere near New Jersey.
