My resolutions are:
- Less procrastination
- Less masturbation
- More photos for heptapod.org
- $5000 by the end of 2005
- New job by the end of 2005 without being fired
- Finish my cross-continental journey which was abandoned in 2001
- Be nicer to people
Heaven knows what's waiting for me when 1/3/05 rolls around and I see what's in store at the company.
Remember kids, don't drink and drive! That goes for you, Colorado readers of heptapod.org. I still don't understand why there are so many people in Colorado who have had DUIs.

This was based upon a brief exchange on Thursday between Jaybird and myself.
heptapod.org thanks you, gentle reader, for your patience during the ongoing renovations. Five and a quarter years of crap takes up a lot of space and time.
The first half of my evening was spent typing backwards on LambdaMOO. It was an exercise to prevent mental atrophy. My job is not conducive to using the human brain. At best I'm a monkey who knows how to type the same damned thing over and over again in addition to pressing the buttons when I need to press the buttons. The money enables me to endure the whole process.
Next on my agenda was working on my site and then typing backwards on LambdaMOO some more until the arrival of the gorgeous and talented raddidge. She smelled funny which is unusual for raddidge. The scent of vinegar and hospital alcohol pervaded her proximity. When she told me about stopping off for some early dinner, I sniffed again and asked "Burger King?" She laughed that I guessed from smell alone. It was sad that I could tell the place she went to from her breath. raddidge wants me to let everyone know she's not an alcoholic, the alcohol is used to disinfect the tables at her day job.
The rest of the night is our night. No sharing with other people, no awkwardness, just me and raddidge all on our lonesomes. With Spot, of course. I tried giving twenty bucks to Spot and telling her to go out and have a good time but she ended up just whapping the bill with her paw.
