Have I mentioned that most of my Christmas shopping is done? All I have to do is wrap my gifts and ship them back east! Hopefully this will be completed by the twentieth of December.
One or two of raddidge's presents remain unpurchased but I shall prevail and have a Christmas where everyone gets their presents in a timely fashion.
I hope that Brian likes his gift. I hope that Jaybird likes his gift.
At the moment I am fairly certain that everyone else will enjoy their gifts, stoking the warm holiday mood into blazes of love which shall encompass their social circles and the world.
Later on, near sunset which lasted for the rest of the dream, I had an overwhelming feeling of obligation to go to Sunday school. Now it's being held after work, during the hour of four o'clock. Now I didn't want to go, in fact I didn't understand why I had to go. After much procrastination, I was still at home and completely avoiding after work Sunday school. My parents came home and I didn't get that sinking pit feeling in my stomach from the knowledge of skipping school. Also my mom was driving my car and took forever to come back into the house because she was washing my car. Over the past couple of days in waking life, my car is covered in dust and road salt. It's been too cold to wash it.
Odd thing about the dream is that the house was an amalgam of Colorado and New Jersey. Looking out the patio door I could see the iron pole to which I hitch my bike. Of course my (current) bike was there, safely chained in hopes of theft prevention.
